it is five blocks from the Mesa Convention Center. Great shower. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.
Noisy. They spray the room with a scent that never leaves.

This room was very close to the convention center. Try to not get the upstairs rooms. Very noisy as they open on to the street (extra door and only window). Fairly clean and
small. GREAT shower with lots of hot water and good water pressure. ...read more

It was a relaxed environment.

It was fine for the price I payed. I slept in a smoking section, and thus it smelled like smoke. The place looked fine, and it did have a balcony, though it overlooks and empty dirt lot and a main road. Overall, it was just fine. ...read more

It had a refrigerator and microwave.
The television didn't work; the replacement didn't work; our room was changed three times before we got into it.

We will choose another motel for our next stay. The motel was not in as good of repair as I'd like to see.

Location was good for our needs.
The shower drain barely worked.

It was clean and close to the area that I visited.
It was built in the 50s, but did have updates (bathroom tile floor).

It was ok for my needs on this short visit.

The room was clean and spacious, it had microwave and refrigerator.
Nothing it was fine.

The hotel was cleaner, larger and had a better bed than most of the rooms.

The beds were comfortable and it was close to old Mesa.
The pool was ice, no tub, moldy shower curtain, no light bulb in 1 lamp, fridge was unplugged and we noticed too late for our food, to keep.

There was a hole in the wall from the door that was not repaired and a handle missing a screw and hanging on the dresser. We also needed a handicapped room and they only had upstairs room left.

It was close to where I was attending but that was about it.
The rooms smelt bad, they looked awful, fixtures were broken, and service was horrible when they actually were around to serve.

The rooms smell bad, the front office does not help you, and the service is horrible when they actually are around to serve, there are broken appliances and fixtures in the rooms which could lead to danger if children are present, and the hotel is located in an unsafe area of Mesa.

Nothing.
Neighborhood, view and steep stairs.

This hotel would be good for business travel. We were there for a medical over night appointment and it was not a good sleeping night. It was not a safe feeling.
